1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
  • Only services that were not performed as agreed upon or were unsatisfactory due to company fault are eligible for a refund.
  • Custom services, including custom blinds solutions, are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Refund Process

  • Provide your service details, proof of dissatisfaction (if applicable), and any relevant documentation.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

3. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be offered for services that were only partially completed or did not meet agreed-upon standards.
  • Window cleaning services may qualify for a partial refund if areas remain uncleaned despite our cleaning standards.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Consultation services are non-refundable once provided.
  • Any service completed as per agreement but not meeting personal preferences is not eligible for a refund.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the service appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling requests are allowed without penalty if made at least 24 hours in advance.
